Events

The DC Public Library Foundation hosted their first event, Power the Dream, which honors community advocates and champions of intellectual freedom. The event brought together philanthropists, donors and friends of the Foundation.

Held on the rooftop of MLK Library, guests enjoyed hors d’oeuvres and cocktails in the warm September weather. They then moved inside for a multi course dinner to recognize three honorees, including the Washington Nationals’ own, Sean Doolittle.
