Events

Starting three months before the event, we worked with Folger to bring on some vendors as well as contract with those in place. This annual gala is their largest fundraising event and it was imperative that in a new venue, legacy guests felt taken care of and safe.

Coming out of the pandemic, we took steps to minimize the spread. If anyone who was to work or attend the event, exhibited signs of illness, they were asked to stay home. Everyone was tested entering the building and waited for their results. Upon a negative test, they were given a wristband which indicated they were clear to enter the building. Face masks and hand sanitizer were placed throughout the event to continue keeping guests safe.
