After a two years at a new venue, our client looked again to change venues as the event evolved. Given the complexities of a new space, we relayed logistics information to not only vendors, but guests as well, who had become accustomed to the previous one used for almost 10 years.

The client was naturally apprehensive about moving. To make VIPs feel a bit more special in particular, we sat them in the balcony level with fantastic views of the stage. These seats are also coupled together each with a small table. On these, there was pre-set a charcuterie and cheese board along with iced champagne and glasses. Throughout the show, sponsors were able to place drink and hors d’oeuvres orders with their private waiter.

We brought in art deco inspired decor to work with Warner’s existing look and used Occasions Caterers (a favorite and one their guests are used to), to bring back familiarity.
