We've produced receptions for 1,200 guests on the beaches of Florida, luaus on Maui for 600, and dinners overlooking the White House for 85.

And that’s not all.

Our work evolves from year to year based on the organizations and businesses we are fortunate to call clients. We may start the year with a 2,500 person awards ceremony with pre and post receptions, and in the spring find ourselves on Audi Field managing dozens of graduations for 10,000+ guests and ending the year with a five-day conference for 800 attendees.

The planning process should be seamless and stress-free and the event a real success, and if you speak with our clients, they’ll tell you it was just that. We are nimble, thorough and partner with the best in the industry. We provide the resources to produce your event, while managing expectations and giving you the assurance to know you, your guests and event are taken care of.

We are problem solvers, work well under pressure and can turn around any situation you come to us with. As one client put it – we have the Midas Touch.

Bash is a small, woman-owned, minority business.

We plan and produce large scale events.

Galas, award ceremonies, launches, meetings and conferences. As a full service firm, we handle events top to bottom, including the details behind them – budget planning, sponsorship management, registration, seating, security detail, creative concept and decor, vendor sourcing and venue selection – to name a few.

Most of our work is done on a short turnaround – think four months or less. It’s come to be our niche and one we really thrive in. Even clients we’ve worked with for years (some close to a decade), know that we can masterfully plan and execute their annual events in a short time frame.

While based in the DC Metro area, we are well versed in working remotely and traveling, and have relationships and partners across the country.
