Team
We’re a small team.
But don’t let that fool you. Bigger doesn’t always mean better.
We do everything we can to make sure our clients ask us to work with them again and again, because as a small business, we can’t afford for you to be unhappy. We believe that our experience – with various clients, vendors, and events – and especially our discretion, warm disposition and successful track, is what keeps our clients coming back.
We have experience and comfort level interacting with high-level individuals including VIP, executives and benefactors. Our work in varied event types, sizes, and destinations have helped us possess excellent time management skills honed through planning and execution of simultaneous complex events.

Terri Eaves
Founder and President
Terri Eaves has over 21 years experience in the event industry. Holding a degree in Art with an emphasis in Graphic Design, she joined the event field working for two DMC’s, operating dine-arounds, tours, ground transportation, meet & greets and receptions. She focused the last of those years on VIP events for clients including Bank of America, Nissan, Toyota and ExxonMobil. In 2008, she opened Bash.
Terri has maintained relationships with seasoned partners in the industry, building a reputation as one of the most prominent and well-respected event planning firms in the DC Metro Area.
Terri has an admiration for seeing everything come together at an event and the controlled chaos behind the scenes – staging being built, run of show rehearsals, and the catering captain briefing his team.

Victoria Williams
Senior Producer and Operations
Victoria Williams has over a decade of experience planning and executing large-scale, high-touch events. She was first introduced to events managing production at the University of Virginia’s, Reunions Weekend. Those three days led her to discover a passion and therefore a career path; the intricacies of event planning meshed seamlessly with her lively personality, perfectionist tendencies, and desire for making the most of milestones. Since then, she has worked for event agencies, non-profit associations and even previously led her own planning firm.
Victoria thrives in the details and enjoys the minute decisions that reflect true thoughtfulness in every aspect of the guest’s experience. Her second love is stage managing; it’s a thrill to be part of a seamless production that demonstrates keen preparedness.
