DC Ed Fund Standing Ovation

Awards Ceremony and Reception at Kennedy Center – 2,500 Guests

Having worked with the same planner for almost a decade, the Ed Fund wanted a new planning partner who could work seamlessly with their team and elevate the evening’s events.

We managed over 75 sponsors – emailing invoices and donor packets, collecting logos and slides and making sure benefits were fulfilled. Most importantly we were available at any time to answer questions and show how important they were to the client and event.

We also managed hard seating for 2,500 guests which included ticketing. A few weeks out from the event as RSVP’s came in, we worked in a cloud based app to seat. We created the seating diagram from scratch to replicate the Kennedy Center seating map, individually labeling and stuffing every ticket by hand.
