The G30 Project reached out with just two months to plan a launch event announcing the opening of a DC campus. The event was to reflect the client’s discerning expectations for flawless execution and an unparalleled guest experience. It was key that our vendor team understood the scale of the event and expectations of the client.

Everything about this event was finessed down to the finest detail. AV was housed within custom cabinetry to be inconspicuous. Carpeting was laid down in the foyer and great hall, almost wall to wall, to soften the space and hide AV wiring. Boxwood walls were placed in the foyer to hide the marble walls and create a hallway for guests to enter. The stage backdrop, which consisted of an acrylic wall of art was created and flown in from NYC, then pieced together with stand offs once onsite.
