We worked with VELA for four months on the planning of their first annual VELA Con. The convening brought together education leaders from across the country.

Being that this was their first event of this kind, it was really important to the client that hospitality was front and center. We had staff positioned throughout the space to always be available for questions; created a swag shop so attendees could “shop” for branded notebooks, hats, pens and other memorabilia; and had snacks and beverages available all day so attendees were never hungry.
